Description
This is my first attempt to manipulate a sketch extensively (with a mouse) in Photoshop...I've mainly used dodge/blur, & made borders, so if this doesn't qualify for digital art, it seemed cheating to include it with traditional art, so hey guys, suggestions welcome!!

Everything about this picture looks very natural and beautiful with the exception of her hairline. It is too blurry for the rest of the piece. I would suggest sharpening it up with the sharpen tool or filter > sharpen > unsharpen mask (This would require duplicating the layer and then masking off areas after you've run the filter).
Otherwise, her facial expression is perfect. It looks like she's a very bitchy woman just from her face alone, very manipulative. She looks smug.
